Osaka, here we come!

[Rain]

Ryuu skipped along the path, his childlike attitude back in place after leaving the mansion. "You're going to love it in Osaka, Kaoru," he said. "It's wear I grew up. Really pretty place." He smiled broadly and laughed, running backwards down the path now. He pointed to the side of the road. "Duck in there, Kaoru. We'll go through the forest. More cover, and more people to fight!"

Kaoru followd Ryuu at a brisk pace through the forest. He seemed to have no idea where they were going, just that somewhere on the other side of the forest was Osaka. As they reached a clearing, they saw a man wearing a shinobi outfit standing in it.
(ENTER AELWYN!!!!)

[Aelwyn]

Aelwyn walked up to the two. Neither of them had any idea of his intentions(even though you do), and he said, "Hello, I am Haltashi Lii"(Aelwyn's real name)

[Starshine McAwesomepants]

Kaoru looked at Ryuu. "Do you know him...?" she whispered. "Should we attack? What should we do?"

[Rain]

Ryuu had to recover quickly to avoid falling over the man. He spun around the see him and smiled a huge smile. "Hello, Haltashi-san. I'm Hogake Sho. This is my wife, Hogake Yumi. We're on our way to Osaka. Do you know where it is from here?" Ryuu rattled off the aliases without pausing, making it seem like they were names he had known all his life.

Kaoru shot a look of pure venom at Ryuu. His wife....? Oh, he was going to get it later....

[Aelwyn]

Aelwyn smiled at them again. " I actually do know the way there, would you like me to set you lovebirds on the right path?"

[Rain]

Ryuu smiled and put his arm around Kaoru's waste, pulling her closer to him. "We're newly weds, so I'll allow that comment." He traced her face with his thumb. "Could you show us? We're supposed to be going there to meet my family. They want antoher look at the newest addition to the Hogake family."

[Aelwyn]

Aelwyn pointed his finger down a path full of beaten down shrubs "Sure, well we are going to be going down this path" He then notioned for them to go, and said, "After you".

[Rain]

Ryuu smiled. "Isn't it costomary for the guide to lead the way, incase there appears to be some odd twist or turn to the path? Or some sort of problem? Don't worry; you're generosity won't go unnoticed." He struck his wallet, making the sound of coins fill the air.

[Starshine McAwesomepants]

Kaoru pulled Ryuu gently down the path. "Come on," she said quietly, perfectly fitting the roll she had to play. "We don't want to be late for meeting your family."

[Aelwyn]

Aelwyn was very thankful for the wife that wanted to get the show on the road. He didn't know what he would have done otherwise. Either way, he trailed them both, plotting on every step.

[Rain]

Ryuu smiled and reached down to pluck a flower for her, whispering in her ear as he rose so only she could hear. "You're too trusting." He placed the flower in her hair. Then, loud enough for Haltashi hear, he spoke. "Oh! Mud!" He reached over and picked her up off of the ground, playing the part of a love-struck groom. "We wouldn't want you messing your kimono, would we?" the last two words were spoken in a baby voice as he rubbed his nose against hers.

"Haltashi-san? Is there another way? We'll be all brown if we go this way."

Kaoru looked at Ryuu. He was very strong for such a slight frame. "He's right, you know," Kaoru said. "It would be horrible if I met his family all covered in mud.

[Aelwyn]

"In fact, there is." Aelwyn said. " up ahead, there will be a dry path that we can take. it could even be a bit faster because we won't have to deal with the mud." He then notioned for them to just keep on walking.
